A migraine pill seems to help alcoholics taper off their drinking without detox treatment, researchers report, offering a potential option for a hard-to-treat problem.

Woo-hoo! I guessed that it was Topamax before I clicked the link! I wonder if that's a good or a bad thing...

That stuff is used for depression, too - it's kind of easy to make the transition from anti-depressant to anti-smoking (Wellbutrin, for example).
