Fighting the Corporate Theft of Our Water

Now this is concerning.

The Bush administration is helping multinationals buy U.S. municipal water systems, putting our most important resource in the hands of corporations with no public accountability.

As the effects of climate change are being felt around the world, including decreasing snowpacks and rainfall, water is quickly becoming the market's new holy grail.

So, of course it will be owned by corporations.

Unrelated to this article, just wanted to say that I liked the new format.

While I don't know if it's possible, it would be nice if there was a feature that allowed the articles with recent comments to appear in a "just commented" section. This would allow you to make multiple additions yet keep articles with active discussions from scrolling off the main page.

Thanks for the input. I wasn't sure if I'd like the new format, (I've been putting it off for weeks) but I have to say I think it will work better for comments as well as I get to comment more.

I think you're idea is terrific and I'll try to find out if there is a way to have a "just commented" section. However, that will not be tonight! ;-)

If you figure something out, then please let me know.
