Very interesting article. I'd be curious to know whether there would be much of a difference in reported happiness amongst those who experience a regular release of endorphins. Would there be a large gap between athletes who give to charity and those who do not? I'd also be interested in how salary and fame would influence this; for instance, looking at the difference in happiness between an arena football player who gives to charity vs. a "famous" NFL player who does not.
